1. Digital Products

AshenCodex products are digital products or digital services provided electronically. Unless expressly stated otherwise, no physical product is shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations, returns and withdrawal rights may be restricted or excluded where permitted by applicable law.

Any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

2. Payments through Paddle

When AshenCodex digital products are sold through Paddle Checkout, Paddle acts as merchant of record.

Paddle acts as the seller for transactions processed by Paddle Checkout. The applicable checkout terms and consumer protection rights are presented during purchase.

Digital services and content may be subject to specific withdrawal rules. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected, including applicable withdrawal and conformity rights.

3. Activation and Digital Access

Habit Tracker purchases through Paddle are delivered as account access after payment confirmation. Separate redemption codes may also be offered through other sales channels.

Access is made available through the customer account after the payment has been verified. Delivery does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Activation and use do not exclude mandatory statutory rights relating to defective, unavailable or non-conforming digital products.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and withdrawal requests are assessed in accordance with the applicable law and the terms shown during the purchase.

We will review any cancellation, withdrawal or refund request in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the individual purchase.

5. Defective or Unavailable Digital Products

This policy does not limit your statutory rights if a digital product is defective, is not provided, materially differs from its description or otherwise fails to meet mandatory legal requirements.

7. Direct Digital Purchases

The Habit Tracker is listed at USD 24.99 as a one-time digital purchase before applicable taxes. Website payment availability depends on checkout activation.

Any applicable taxes and the final amount are displayed by Paddle before payment. Customers receive digital access after verified payment. Mandatory legal rights are unaffected.
